If 24 is a post 9/11 allegory for the terrorist age, isn’t setting the show in New York a little on the nose? We get it 24, no need to bash it over the head. Anything is better than LA though. The fact that CTU operated out of LA always seemed like a cop out to me, nothing more than a production convenience.
