This marks the first cancellation of the fall ‘11 season. Playboy Club ran for three episodes and hovered around the 3 million/1.2 rating.
The show had some potential to be good but was most likely, ultimately doomed by lack of intended audience, a weak leading man, general Mad Men ripping-offness, and being on NBC.
