That sounds horrible.
According to anonymous insiders who spoke with Bloody Disgusting, NBC’s The Munsters“will NOT be a remake of the original,” but rather, as previously reported, a “strange hybrid of the popular comedy Modern Family and HBO’s True Blood.” In other words, dark and a little twisted, but with “a lot of heart and comedic elements.” I’m having a tough time merging Phil Dunphy and Eric Northman in my mind, but there are worse shows for Fuller to take his cues from, and comedy plus horror can be a winning combination when done right.
