FX screened Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s American Horror Story last night for critics. Linda Holmes at NPR give a quick reaction and shoots it to the top of my most anticipated television list.

Unsurprisingly she describes it as “campy, over-the-top, sensory overload, fast paced, polarizing” and my favorite, “flat-out keeee-razy.” Yup sounds like Murphy and Falchuk to me.

Here’s the exact thing: [Rachel, Kurt and Finn] are seniors, so they’re graduating but because they’re graduating doesn’t mean they’re leaving the show. If you have Lea Michele under contract, you don’t say, ‘We’re gonna let you go. A number of the original [cast members’ characters] are not graduating this year…It was never our plan or our intention to let them go…. They are not done with the show after this season.

Glee EP Brad Falchuk at Comic Con | TV Line

Good thing we have Falchuk to sort out Ryan Murphy’s nonsense. Seriously someone needs to learn information control over at Glee.

The show is called American Horror Story, Murphy will direct with production taking place in April. It will be campy. Probably.
