Good for them for trying something unique with the marketing, but this overstated use of QR codes makes no sense.
Despite the fact that they were included in the initial press release, AMC will not be participating the San Francisco area MoviePass beta. AMC Corporate has explicitly told their theaters that were said to be included not to honor the service.
