Scott has signed on to direct and produce a new installment of Blade Runner. He’ll make the film with Alcon Entertainment, producing with Alcon partners Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove.
It is unseen whether it will be a remake, sequel, or prequel nor whether Harrison Ford will be involved.
This isn’t necessary but could be a good thing, especially if it’s treated in the way they’re currently handling Prometheus.
Not surprising really (as Idol winner and runner up automatically get signed) but interesting to see what co-label they’re on.
American Idol champ Lee DeWyze and runner-up Crystal Bowersox have both signed their recording contracts!
Lee, 24, is signed to 19 Recordings and RCA Records.
Crystal, also 24, is signed to 19 Recordings and Jive Records.
Lee joins fellow alums Chris Daughtry and Adam Lambert as labelmates, while Crystal joins Jordin Sparks, Kris Allen, and Allison Iraheta.
