Tentatively entitled Atlanta, the comedy is set against the backdrop of the Atlanta music scene.
This seems like the best of both worlds for Glover and could be very good (or horrible - depending on how you feel about Chidlish Gambino). Deadline states that Glover was attracted to FX because of the freedom he’d be given to pursue his music and tour.
I’m just glad Glover isn’t abandoning comedy completely.
