TV Promo: FX’s ‘The Bridge‘ with Diane Kruger

Teaser Trailers: FX’s New Drama Series ‘The Bridge’ with Diane Kruger & Demian Bichir | FT

What if I told you there was a quality cable drama with the spy element of ‘Homeland,’ the domestic cover up of ‘Breaking Bad’ and ‘The Sopranos,’ the character flashbacks of ‘Lost’ and the period detail of ‘Mad Men?’ And it featured Kerri Russel, Matthew Rhys, Noah Emmerich and Margo Martindale? Would you set your DVR right now? Because this show exists, it is called ‘The Americans’ and it has just been renewed for a second season.

There have only been 4 episodes so far. It is not too late. FX is even showing a marathon of all the aired episodes March 1st.

And it’s got a kick ass soundtrack.

Timothy Olyphant to guest star on the upcoming season of Archer

“Olyphant’s one-episode guest role in the episode airing on January 24th 2013 is just as epic. Olyphant is close friend of Sterling’s— another agent who is presumed dead after being accused of stealing company funds and killing colleagues. He, too, has a big secret— that only Sterling seems to be in the dark on.” (via)

Olyphant seems to be making his way through every FX show.

In terms of horror-filled FOX programming, the network not only has the upcoming acclaimed The Following that embraces a dark serial killer side but also its sister channel is the home ofAmerican Horror Story and this year’s Asylum antics. But its hard to forget that last year, FOX attempted to bring a famous comic property to life in the form of Locke & Key but unfortunately passed in favor of Ryan Murphy’s horror take. Though fellow comic adaptation Powers is still in the works at FX, today good news comes out for one of the franchises while the other may finally fall after attempting a live-action turn for quite some time.
