The duo behind Robot Chicken, Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, are teaming up with Ford Motor Co. and Sprint Nextel for an “interactive reality show” called ControlTV. The series will follow six weeks in the life of a twenty-year old guy. The catch? The audience will be able to vote in real time on “every aspect of his life,” from “what he wears and eats, to where he works, to who he dates.” It sounds like someone put The Sims,Subservient Chicken and Big Brother (plus a dash of product placement) in a blender and then decided to make a TV show out of the result. He’s really collaborative and great at giving notes. It’s just fun man, it’s just so fun going in there for an hour with the guy, because he’s a genius. It’s good. You should be looking forward to it. They’re taking it to the next level.
Adult Swim and the Robot Chicken gang have teamed for Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode III, a third installment in the highly-rated series of specials, which will premiere on December 12. And this time, there is a heartthrob infusion into the geek squad, with Zac Efron on board to voice Anakin Skywalker. Other new voice cast members for Episode III include Anthony Daniels from the original Star Wars films as C3PO, Mike Henry (The Cleveland Show) and Donald Glover (Community).  Returning from the previous specials are Billy Dee Williams, Ahmed Best, co-creators Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, Breckin Meyer

Most awesome news of the day.

Watching last week’s Glee…started promising with a SLURPEEFACE but now is mired in mildly insane Thong Song scene

Finished Glee. A veritable jubilee of Slurpees to the face. And thankfully Thong Song did not reappear

I liked Glee better when that girl was getting Slurpees thrown in her face. Bring back the Slurpees! Mmm…Slurpees.

As if Fox needed more cartoons.

Ironically, in Sunday’s Family Guy they made a crack on Robot Chicken. Peter asked Chris (voiced by Green) what it felt like to be on a major network.
